In 2016 EARP Integration delivered a team of developers to implement the Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS) for a major ECM vendor.

The CMIS-Adapter gives you a uniform way of integrating the vendor’s ECM solution with other business applications while increasing the interoperability of the system.
CMIS defines an abstraction layer for controlling diverse document management systems and repositories using web protocols.

The solution provided by EARP was based on Java Enterprise and Apache Chemistry OpenCMIS (an open source collection of Java libraries, frameworks and tools around the CMIS specification).
